This project follows the healing nature of mastectomy tattoos, through the work of tattoo artist Friday Jones. This catalytical moment in the lives of survivors marks the transition between cancer and life after. Through Friday’s artistry and compassion, this gesture becomes an act of reclaiming one’s body, after losing autonomy for so long.
